There’s a great variety in cinemas this June, with plenty for families and kids, as well as several movies for adults, with the return of two ’90s staples back on the big screen for the first time in some time.

The biggest movie of the month is bound to be Toy Story 5, which isn’t the only animated sequel in June, as there’s also Minions & MonstersAnother big release will be Supergirl, the next entry in the DCU, as well as Steven Spielberg’s latest sci-fi epic on Disclosure Day. For those looking for big laughs for adults only, Scary Movie is back in cinemas, and the Jackass crew is back for one last film in Jackass: Best and Last.

JUNE 3

Conquering Breast Cancer

How to Talk Australians: The Movie

Based on the hit web-series, this film follows a group of students and teachers from The Delhi College of Linguistics who hit the road to discover Australia and gain first-hand experience of its authentic language and culture. When their plane is diverted to the country town of Dubbo due to storms, and their tour-leader is detained by customs, the hapless bunch unearth the ‘real’ Australia while never making it to Sydney, Melbourneor even Brisbane.

Jack Johnson: SURFILMUSIC
