Nintendo has shared an interesting tidbit about the Nintendo Switch 2’s battery on the Nintendo Today app.
The Nintendo Switch 2 will include an option to “stop charging around 90%,” a feature you’ve probably seen on your phone before. It’s to stop the batteries from dying as fast as they can if they’re constantly charged up to 100% and burned out fast.
Here are some screenshots showing the feature that Nintendo shared on the app.

If you rarely take your Nintendo Switch 2 out of its dock, I suggest turning this feature on. It’ll help your battery last longer when you decide to charge it and take it on a trip.
