Phantom Abyss hits Xbox Game Pass this week

Phantom Abyss, the Australian-developed game, is coming to Xbox Game Pass this week. 

The game is available on PC in early access and will be released on Xbox Game Pass as part of Xbox Game Preview, where it’ll continue to be built on both platforms. 

I previewed Phantom Abyss last year when it launched and had a great time (dying a lot, also), but I haven’t checked into the game for a while. This Xbox release seems like a great opportunity to do just that. 

There are currently three modes of play you’ll be able to enjoy when Phantom Abyss joins Xbox Game Pass this week.

– Adventure mode: Conquer temples to claim powerful relics and earn explorer reputation.
– Classic mode: A classic rogue-like experience. Delve into a large and progressively difficult temple.
– Daily mode: The same temple is available to all players for 24 hours. Unlike other modes, players can retry this temple as many times as they like.
