Pixar Reveals Gatto, A New Animated Film From The Creators Of Luca

Disney and Pixar have released the first teaser trailer and poster for Gatto, a new original animated film from the team behind Luca.

Set in Venice, Gatto follows Nero, a scrappy black cat who has spent years navigating the city’s canals and superstitions. After becoming indebted to Rocco, a ruthless feline mob boss, Nero begins to question the life he’s built for himself and forms an unexpected friendship that could change his future forever.

Mark Ruffalo is voicing Nero, while Laurence Fishburne voices Rocco. It’s an exciting pairing of voices for a Disney/Pixar film.

Gatto releases exclusively in cinemas on March 4, 2027.
