We learned about the upcoming Pokémon 30th Celebration Expansion during Pokémon Day earlier this year, and now, The Pokémon Company has revealed more details about the set, which will be the first to receive a simultaneous worldwide release.
Similar to past celebration sets, the number of cards in a pack will be smaller, but there’s going to be a good tradeoff for that. Each booster will contain five foil cards. Also, in each pack will be one of 30 original foil cards featuring a different Pikachu illustration.
The Pokémon 30th Celebration Expansion will be released on September 16, 2026.
