‘Predator: Hunting Grounds’ Trial Weekend Coming Late March

If you’re as excited to get hands-on with Predator: Hunting Grounds like I am, we don’t have to wait too much longer. A trial weekend for the game is coming up on March 27th which will include PC players and PS4 Plus subscribers.
Even better is the news that there will be cross-play support in this event so PC players and PS4 players can play together, or against one another.
Playing as the Predator it’s you VS a four-man fire-team controller by other players and if you’re playing that squad, you’ll have to fight against AI-controlled characters to complete missions, as well as being aware of the incoming predator.
Predator: Hunting Grounds is being developed by IllFonic whose previous release was Friday The 13th: The Game, which was an asymmetrical multiplayer game where one player, controlled Jason and the rest played campers. There are some major differences between that and Predator, however, but the most noticeable is the fact Predator: Hunting Grounds is an FPS and where both sides have an arsenal of weapons. It’s a fight to the death. In Friday the 13th, the chance of killing Jason was really low and complicated, so most players just found a way to escape.

Predator: Hunting Grounds is set to release on PC and PS4 on April 24th.
