The price of the Xbox Series X has increased this morning by $50 in Australia.

If you pop into your local EB Games, JB Hi-Fi or other retailer today, you’ll notice the price of the Xbox Series X has increased by $50 and now costs $799. This puts it in line with the price of the PlayStation 5.

This was announced about a month ago alongside the increase of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Game Pass, which will start upping subscriptions from August 13th, or the date your next renewal is set for. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will now cost $18.95 a month, and Xbox Game Pass will cost $11.95 a month.

If you’re looking for an Xbox Series X, EB Games have stock with a weird limit of two (yes, two) per customer, JB Hi-Fi seem to have stock at most random postcodes I chucked into the website, and Amazon has availability also.
