Resident Evil 2, 3, and 4 Remakes Are Coming To Nintendo Switch 2 In October

Capcom is bringing three of its modern Resident Evil remakes to Nintendo Switch 2, with Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 4 launching digitally on October 16.

The releases will specifically be Resident Evil 2 Deluxe Edition, Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition, with the Deluxe and Gold editions including their respective additional content.

If you want a physical copy of these games, you’ll have to miss the Halloween and October season and wait until January 29, 2027, to pick them up.

Their arrival means the mainline Resident Evil games, including Resident Evil Requiem and the upcoming Resident Evil Veronica, will be playable on Nintendo Switch 2.
