Earlier last week, Sony Interactive Entertainment held an event announcing Phase 3 of the games coming out of the PlayStation China Hero Project.
The three games announced were The God Slayer from Pathea Games, DaBa: Land of Water Scar from Dark Star and The Winds Rising from TiGames. There’s no official trailer release for The God Slayer yet, but trailers for the other two games have been released, even if they are very much teasers. I am, however, excited most for The Winds Rising, as I am a big fan of TiGames last release, F.I.S.T: Forged in Shadow Storm.
The God Slayer (Pathea Games)
The God Slayer is an open-world action RPG featuring a highly immersive gameplay system and story experience, allowing players to enhance their abilities through battles and world exploration with the ultimate goal of defeating enemies and saving the world.
DaBa: Land of War Scar (Dark Star)
Daba: Land of Water Scar is a new title from Dark Star. It tells the story of a humanoid clay puppet. When the world is on the verge of collapse, the puppet traces the whereabouts of the water fragments within the ancient city, and throughout their journey of defeating enemies and seeking answers, unravels the story of the world and oneself. The game features various landscapes including abandoned ruins, a magnificent ancient city, gloomy prison, vast rift valley, expansive snowfield, deadly forest, and a floating city. Non-linear levels are interconnected, distinct, and intricate.
The Winds Rising (TiGames)
The Winds Rising is a story-driven action RPG developed by TiGames. It follows the journey of a girl from a peaceful village who embarks on a grand adventure after she encounters a lost monster cub, which affects the rise and fall of the entire kingdom. Her fate is in the player’s hands. Players can look forward to a refreshing and smooth combat experience, immersive and captivating story, and a world of ever-changing adventure.
