The Academy Award-winning and record-breaking film Titanic will return to cinemas in 4K and 3D for its 25th anniversary.
The 1997 film, directed by James Cameron, was nominated for 14 Academy Awards, of which it won 11, including Best Picture. It is widely considered one of the best films of all time and one of the biggest-grossing movies.
In 2017 the film was re-released in 2D and 3D, but for the 25th Anniversary re-release of the film on February 9th, it’ll be released in 4K and at a high framerate.
Considering Avatar: The Way of Water is still playing in most theatres, thill will place two massive James Cameron films in 3D side-by-side in cinemas around the country.
