TOEM 2 has received a release date and will launch on September 29 for PS5 and Nintendo Switch, almost five years after the original photography adventure. Developer Something We Made announced the release date during the Wholesome Games Celebration.
In the sequel, we’ll be going on another relaxing journey to photograph mysterious events known as TOEMs. There are all-new environments to explore, characters and creatures to meet. The camera has also received some upgrades in this sequel, with new attachments that can be used to solve puzzles and interact with each region in different ways.
In my 8/10 review for TOEM, I said:
“I happily cuddled myself up for an afternoon to playthrough TOEM, and it cuddled me back. I’d suggest the same plans to anyone wanting a lo-fi and relaxing photography adventure that’ll make you feel good.”
TOEM 2 launches September 29 for PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC.
