Ubisoft Delays Article Thumbnail.png

Friday the 25th of October is now dubbed as Fri-Delay as not only did The Last of Us Part II meet a delay but so did Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs Legion, Gods & Monsters and Rainbow Six Quarantine. All three of those games are now planned for a release between July and December 2020.

What does this mean for Ubisoft’s release coming into the new year? Watch Dogs Legion was seemingly going to be their last big hooray into the next-generation, but now it could be launching with the PS5 and Project Scarlett. Ubisoft does have two AAA games still-unnamed set for release in the first 6 months of 2020, but what could they possibly be?

This week on Arcade Couch, Dylan and Ashley discussed the delays from Ubisoft and also what games they could have coming up in early 2020 to carry them over to the next generation.

Check out that clip below.

Let us know in the comments what you think though. Are we getting a Far Cy 6 or something similar yet to be announced in early 2020? Will Watch Dogs Legion launch as a next-gen title now?
