Via Vision has announced two new additions to its ‘Imprint Asia’ lineup for August, with both limited edition hardbox collections available to pre-order now.
Leading the announcement is The Erotic Films of Li Han-hsiang: Volume One (1973–1976), a three-disc collection celebrating the work of Hong Kong filmmaker Li Han-hsiang. The set includes Illicit Desire (1973), The Golden Lotus (1974) and Moods of Love (1977), with both Illicit Desire and Moods of Love making their worldwide Blu-ray debut. The Golden Lotus also features an early appearance by a young Jackie Chan.
The second release is Nikkatsu Erotica – Volume One, bringing together Tatsumi Kumashiro’s films Wet Desire (1972) and Lovers Are Wet (1973). The collection marks the first volume in a new series highlighting films from Japan’s historic Nikkatsu studio.
Both releases will be limited to 1,500 copies, and you can pre-order them now.
