The big June release is the Nintendo Switch 2, along with Mario Kart World and the rest of the new games for Nintendo’s latest handheld. Of course, there will be more releases in June if you’re not planning on picking up the Nintendo Switch 2.
There’s a big one for us Australians this month, with Death Stranding 2: On the Beach releasing, which is primarily set in Australia. There are quokkas in this one, still with the core delivery system and now with more combat. And if it’s combat you’re looking for, and some multiplayer action, it has to be FBC: Firebreak on your list. This new co-op shooter is set in the Remedy-verse, and in ‘The Oldest House,’ as seen in Control.
Here are all the major video games that will be released in June 2025, paired with some smaller games we’re keeping our eyes on.
