This morning, Disney shared the first teaser trailer and poster for Zootopia 2, which will land in cinemas on November 27, 2025.

The trailer is more of a vibe than anything directly from the movie itself, but we do see the returning Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) and Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) on the run with the new character, Gary De’Snake (Ke Huy Quan). 

The song in the trailer is also titled ‘ZUTU’ and is from the lemming techno group LEMEENS, who have been touring with the first film’s superstar, Gazelle (Shakira).

Jared Bush, the Chief Creative Officer of Disney Animation, said:

 “We are beyond excited to welcome everyone back to the outrageous, expansive animal metropolis of Zootopia, and take audiences on a hilarious, wild ride into parts of the city we’ve never visited before. Whether it’s the marshes of semi-aquatic mammals, the vast desert dunes or even greater mysteries beyond, our heroes, Judy and Nick, will meet a lot of new friends, and discover even more about the world, themselves and a brand-new snake in town.”

Flash is also going to be back in this film, so all you super-fans of the fastest sloth alive can rest easy.
