Let’s look at the Australian Box Office results for the weekend.

Toy Story 5 has held onto the top spot at the Australian box office, adding another $6.17 million over the weekend to push its total to $18.12 million after just two weeks in cinemas. Minions & Monsters had the biggest debut of the weekend, opening in second place with $3.36 million, while Supergirl landed in third with a $2.43 million opening weekend.

Further down the chart, horror continued to perform well. Obsession added another $1.42 million in its seventh weekend, with continued momentum from, I believe, strong word-of-mouth, bringing its Australian total to $20.91 million. At the same time, Disclosure Day rounded out the top five with $935,000, taking its cumulative box office to $8.27 million.
