Award-winning platformer and time-manipulation game Braid is getting a makeover for Braid, Anniversary Edition which will release on PS4 and PS5 early in 2021.

The game will run in 4K (the original was 720p) and feature highly updated work from the games original artist, David Hellman who has hand-repainted the game’s screens. 

There’s also over double the pixels at work here now and extra animations have been added to the characters to help everything feel more smooth. 

Extra features include the ability to switch between the original and updated version of the game on the go as well as an extensive commentary track.
