China Gets Better Version of Pokémon Quest

Remember a year ago when Pokémon Quest released for the Nintendo Switch and then mobile devices a while later? I sure do, I reviewed it and even though I only gave it a 6.5 noting it has a lot of problems I played it for over 100 hours as a decent time-waster. Well, now China is getting a better version of the game.
NetEase, which serves as China’s biggest provider of online games will be releasing a new version of Pokémon Quest for the Chinese market. The new version of the game is said to have everything the old one did, but will also now include PVP and social features.
This announcement came with no gameplay or details on what the PVP or the social interaction will look like, but I’m kinda jealous and hope those features can make it into the Western release too.
