Australia’s tabletop scene just got a major change-up with VR Distribution — a leading name in board game distribution across the country — which has officially rebranded as Asmodee, aligning fully with its global parent company: the world’s largest tabletop gaming group.
The change follows VR Distribution’s 2022 integration into the worldwide Asmodee family, bringing Australia closer to an enormous catalogue of iconic titles, innovative new releases, and global gaming communities.
Mark Rosser, Australian Country Manager of Asmodee, says the rebrand marks much more than a new name:
“The asmodee rebrand is more than just a name change, it’s a chance to unite our local games community with a global group that lives and breathes games. As asmodee, we are unlocking even bigger opportunities for Australian players and retailers, connecting them to the world’s most iconic titles, bold new releases and unforgettable experiences.”
To celebrate the milestone, Asmodee has set us up with a giveaway of a massive board game prize pack valued at over $300 — featuring fan favourites from The Witcher, The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and more.
