Cosplayers should be sure to check out the Cosplay Central Crown Championships and enter themselves this year to showcase their skills. Entries for this year’s competition, ahead of PAX AUS 2025, are now open.

The winner of the Cosplay Central Crown Championships at PAX AUS 2025 will represent Australia at the finals, which will be held in London in May 2026. And don’t worry, as part of the prize is return flights, accommodation as well as two badges to attend MCM Comic Con where the finals will be held, as well as two three-day passes for PAX AUS 2026 and a shiny trophy to take home from PAX AUS 2025.

The three judges at the Cosplay Central Crown Championships at PAX AUS 2025 are Anaelic, bringing over 12 years of cosplay experience, as well as two Australian cosplayers, Henchwench, who just won the World Cosplay Central Crown Championships at C2E2 2025, and Kayla Jean, who is well-known for her pin-up inspired cosplay designs

The Cosplay Central Crown Championships will take place at the PAX Aus Main Stage during the afternoon of Sunday, October 12. Check the timings closer to October for the exact time.
