‘Darksiders: Genesis’ Revealed, Top Down Action-RPG

We had heard rumblings of a fourth Darksiders game now for some time, the reveal though, was probably not what you expected.
Darksiders: Genesis is a top-down action-RPG that appears to feature all of the Horseman of the Apocalypse, including the newly introduced Strife.
The game’s reveal trailer is mostly made up of a cinematic teaser that introduces us to Strife but in the following 20-seconds of the trailer you can see what appears to be cooperative gameplay features War, Fury and Death.
Darksiders: Genesis is being developed by Airship Syndicate who previously released Battle Chasers: Nightwar in 2017.
No release date was given, but I’m sure we’ll learn more about the game over the coming week at E3 but we do know it’ll be releasing on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Steam and Google Stadia.
This is the second of three games THQ announced they’d be revealing so get ready for the last one tomorrow. SpongeBob, Darksiders… ?
