Esports action this Easter Weekend with the SteelSeries Apex Legends Invitational

If you’re looking for some competitive gaming action over this coming Easter Weekend, SteelSeries has you covered.

SteelSeries has announced the SteelSeries Prime Invitational. The event will take place over April 16th (Sat) and April 17th (Sun) and see twenty teams of pro Apex Legends players battle it out for their take of the $10k prize pool.

This weekend, you can tune into the action from 3 PM AEST each day over at the SteelSeries Twitch channel.

Tony Trubridge, Global Esports Director at SteelSeries, said the following about this weekend’s event:

“As the original esports brand, our on-going mission is to continue to push boundaries, to innovate and create the best gaming products on the planet, and to create opportunities for gamers to seek glory in competition. The Prime Cup Invitational exemplifies our commitment to helping shape the future of esports and there will be even more events and opportunities for players to compete across a variety of games in the future.”

This weekends’ event will also feature giveaways giving spectators the chance to win some SteelSeries Prime products. I’ve previously reviewed the SteelSeries Prime mouse and was very pleased with the device.
