THQ Nordic returned for another year of their digital showcase, mainly focusing on things we knew were in development while disappointingly not giving any release dates to games people were hoping to see them attached to, like the AEW game.

Knights of Honor II: Sovereign
A new trailer didn’t show off too much that we haven’t seen before, but it still looks like a solid RTS.

A new trailer for the sequel, twenty years in the making, showcased the guns and combat you’ll have access to on your adventure.
Wreckreation
Developer Three Fields Entertainment revealed their 400-square-kilometre open-world game, Wreckreation. The open-world size and use are hard to wrap your head around, but the track creation, being able to play with friends, and the game’s general hecticness all look good to me.
Way of The Hunter
This hunting game is out next week for those who like to play those sorts of things.
AEW: Fight Forever
Unfortunately, this trailer did leak a week ago, and there wasn’t a release date here, but THQ Nordic is the official publisher of All Elite Wrestling’s first video game. For fans of the old-school WWE game, this is being developed by Yukes, who did the best work on those games.
The game will be playable for the first time at Gamescom for those in attendance.
StuntFest: Worldtour
A new trailer for StuntFest: World Tour showed off how intense and hectic the gameplay can get in a game that combines racing speed and action of extreme sports.
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake
Following on from their work on SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, developer Purple Lamp is now set to release an original SpongeBob story in SpongeBob Square: The Cosmic Shake. In the game, SpongeBob and their friends get whipped around many different worlds, leading to SpongeBob wearing different outfits and having access to different abilities.
South Park
Right at the end of the showcase, it was randomly revealed in a blink, and you’ll miss it moment that THQ Nordic is working with South Park Digital Studios on a game.
You can watch the full showcase in the video below.
