Even as an owner of the Blu-ray box set, the addition of all three Art The Clown films, TerrifierTerrifier 2 and All Hallows Eve on Shudder in June, are fantastic additions that all horror fans should be watching. 

In a different realm of horror on AMC+ in June, True Crime Story: Look into My Eyes will explore a real horror story with a teacher performing hypnosis on students. On the other end, both Acorn TV and AMC+ will be streaming The Light in the Hall, a series about a murderer who has never revealed the location of a body and a journalist looking to uncover that secret.

Five military veterans, best friends since childhood, gather to support their troubled host, and the metaphoric ghosts of their past become all too literal. Starring Anne Ramsay (A League of Their Own), Ron E. Rains (The Onion’s Film Standard) and Jeremy Holm (House of Cards).

June 12

  • All Hallow’s Eve (2013) [Shudder, New Movie]

A babysitter finds a VHS tape which features various sinister murders performed by a psychotic clown.

  • Terrifier [Shudder, New Movie]

On Halloween night, Tara Heyes finds herself as the obsession of a sadistic murderer known as Art the Clown. 

  • Terrifier 2 [Shudder, New Movie]

After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to Miles County where he targets a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. From writer/director Damien Leone and starring David Howard Thornton. The original Terrifier and All Hallows Eve, which introduces Art the Clown, are also coming to Shudder in June.

  • Good Karma Hospital: Series 4 [Acorn TV Original Series]

Series four finds the tropical Indian hospital as busy as ever. The fierce and passionate Dr. Lydia Fonseca is forced to confront her complex past and has to handle some home truths in order to save Greg from deportation and perhaps even their future together. With Ruby still reeling following Gabriel’s shock departure, she struggles to see into an uncertain future, makes rash decisions and tries to find ways to vent her fury. Two new doctors arrive at The Good Karma Hospital – charismatic Dr. Samir Hasan and Dr. Nikita “Niki” Sharma, the epitome of a young, privileged woman who is getting a taste of medicant at the sharp end. Starring Amanda Redman,  Darshan Jariwala and Nimmi Harasgama.

  • True Crime Story: Look into My Eyes [AMC+ Exclusive Series]

Four-part documentary series unfurls the bizarre true story of Dr. George Kenney and his fall from grace after 10 years as a beloved principal at North Port High School in Florida where he practiced hypnosis on students. In 2011, three teenage students died after a series of suspicious events. When a local media story questioned his involvement, the case exploded into global news. The series investigates events leading up to these untimely deaths and the tragic aftermath as victims’ families, eyewitnesses, experts, and people involved attempt to unpack what really happened

June 19

  • Suspiria (1977) [Shudder, New Movie]

An American newcomer to a prestigious German ballet academy comes to realise that the school is a front for something sinister amid a series of grisly murders.

June 23 

  • Unwelcome [Shudder Original Movie]

 In Unwelcome, married couple Maya and Jamie escape their urban nightmare to the tranquility of rural Ireland only to discover malevolent and murderous goblins lurking in the gnarled, ancient wood at the foot of their new garden. As warned by their new neighbors, in Irish mythology, the Redcaps will come when called to help souls in dire need of rescue, but it’s crucial to remember that there is always a dear price to pay for their aid. Starring Hannah John-Kamen (Red Sonja, Ready Player One), Douglas Booth (That Dirty Black Bag, The Dirt) and Colm Meaney (Gangs of London, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), Jamie-Lee O’Donnell (6 Degrees, Derry Girls), Chris Walley (Bloodlands, The Young Offenders) and Kristian Nairn (Game of Thrones).

An American couple, on the brink of divorce, travel to Colombia for a work conference. While on a hike through the rainforest, a storm causes them to become trapped in a pit of quicksand. Unable to move, it becomes a struggle for survival as they battle the elements of the jungle and a venomous snake in order to escape. Starring Carolina Gaitan (Encanto) and Allan Hawco (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan).

  • Home Movie [Shudder, New Movie]

In the remote woods of Upstate New York, David and Clare Poe are attempting to live an idyllic life. However, their twin children’s bizarre behavior might just tear the family apart.

  • Cannes Confidential [Acord TV Original Series]

Set on the Cote d’Azur, Cannes Confidential is a blue-sky, romantic crime series starring French TV-drama actor Lucie Lucas (Clem, Porto and Gloria), Jamie Bamber (Strike Back, Marcella, Battlestar Galactica), and singer/actor Tamara Marthe (Profilage). The series centers on the relationship between an idealistic, local underdog female cop (Lucas) and an ex-conman (Bamber). The pair are forced into an unlikely — and surprisingly successful — crime-fighting partnership, which sees them solve a murder case in each close-ended episode. However, the drama’s arc focuses on the main character’s quest to find the criminals who framed her father, a local-hero police officer who was jailed for a crime he did not commit.
