‘Game of Thrones’ The Final Season Set For April 2019

The official Game of Thrones Twitter account has posted a teaser for The Final Season of Game of Thrones made up of seasons pasts footage — but it does reveal that the season will air in April of 2019.
Every battle.
Every betrayal.
Every risk.
Every fight.
Every sacrifice.

#ForTheThrone is the hashtag the trailer promotes while footage of seasons past plays with title’s saying variations of ‘every battle; every risk; every fight’ flashed onto the screen.
Game of Thrones Season 7 finished airing in August of 2017 with the White-Walkers finally making their way to The Wall and breaking it down.
The Explosion Network covered the 7th season in our aftershow, South of Kings Landing which you can watch on Youtube or listen to on podcast services. South of Kings Landing will return early next year in time for Game of Thrones final season.
