There are two after-credit scenes. It’s a Marvel movie after all—one mid-credits and one at the very end. That’s fewer than Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, which featured the most of any Marvel film.
Are they worth sticking around for?
The third and final film in James Gunn’s Guardians run carries a sense of finality—not necessarily for the characters, but for his tenure and this era of the MCU. Even so, both scenes are well-suited and worth the wait. The first is the one most people will want to see; the last is a character moment with a fun gag and a callback to The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.
