JustWatch has revealed the top streaming movies and TV shows for the week of 26/07 – 01/08.

Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard (rent via Prime Video) moved up from third to first place this past week as A Quiet Place Part II (rent via Prime Video) dropped into second place. Interestingly, A Quiet Place dropped from second to sixth in one week. In The Heights (rent via Prime Video) made a massive jump up from seventh last week to third in this week’s charts. I think many people stuck in the various lockdowns around Australia in the last week just wanted a feel-good sing-along, which is fair enough.

Ted Lasso  (stream via Apple TV+) has stuck in the first place for its second week in the TV charts this week. It’ll be interesting to see how long it stays in the top position, especially as a new episode of the second season is releasing every Friday at the moment. PS5 owners can grab six months of Apple TV+ for free at the moment as well. In second place this week is Dexter, which could be a surprise if it wasn’t for the teaser trailer for the revival dropping last week as well. And in third place was The White Lotus (stream now via Binge), the satirical comedy from Mike White with an all-star cast that seems to have picked up pace after airing its third episode.
