The folding travel stand from JSAUX is a pocket-sized mobile travel stand. A handy device for persons on the move who want hands-free phone use. It is a great companion in many situations, from cars to flights and everywhere in between, as it easily mounts and unmounts from desks and items.
I’ve had this device with me for a few weeks now and am finding decent uses for it, from simple things like eating at a fast food restaurant and wanting to watch videos to using it on the desks, vehicles, and the train at work. The travel stand worked well at my workplace, getting my device at eye level. The holder works with or without being attached to an edge. The weight of the base is enough to balance out most phones.
This handy little device is great for on-the-go travellers and office workers alike. I found it especially useful when using a controller for games at the desk and when using remote play or cloud gaming, even using it as a second screen when using other devices like my iPad.
Update: JSAUX has updated the holders from what I have received. My contact has stated the following. “We upgraded the rotating shaft of the first-generation product SP0206 to make it easier to rotate and have a wider rotating range. We encourage users to use Amazon to purchase SP0206A directly because currently, SP0206 is the first generation product that has been sold out.”
The two new options have SP0206A, which is the same as the item I reviewed, but with a few qualities of life improvements; the SP0206B has changed the holder to a Magsafe connection for Magsafe compatible phones and cases.
