KartRider: Drift was revealed today during X019. The game will bring the massively successful KartRider to Xbox for the first time as well as PC and Nexon launcher as a free-to-play while improving on the original game that was released originally in 2004.

I hadn’t heard of the game at all until it was shown today at X019, but it became quickly apparent how massive it is in Asia with an entire esports category of its own.

KartRider: Drift will feature three modes starting with Time Attack which is the easiest to get into and understand, Item Mode, which I assume just adds items and then Speed Mode which is considered the competitive mode.

The game also features customizable characters and karts with a vibrant art style that looks great.

You can sign up for the Closed Beta here to check it out on Xbox One, Steam or Nexon Launcher.

I’m keen to go for a spin in this one, how about you? Let us know below.
