Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is the fastest-selling PlayStation Studios game

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is officially the fastest-selling PlayStation game in history. 

The record was previously held by God of War Ragnarok, which sold $5.1 million copies in its first week. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has managed to do nearly half of that; in just a single day PlayStation sharing on X, the game has sold 2.5 million copies in its first 24 hours. 

These are “sold through” units, which means only copies picked up, not just sold to stores like EB Games.
