Everything in the world of Nintendo right now is about Nintendo Switch 2. But hopefully, now that we know a Nintendo Switch 2 direct is coming in a couple of months, fans can start debating something else, like when Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and Pokémon Legends: Z-A will release.

Nintendo has confirmed that both of these games will be released in 2025 and still come to the original Nintendo Switch as part of their recent Financial Earnings Report. Some had speculated recently that both games, and in particular Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, may have been delayed to be Nintendo Switch 2 exclusives or launch titles, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

We should get some information and maybe even a release date for Pokémon Legends: Z-A on February 27, which is Pokemon Day. Every year, there is some sort of Pokemon Direct stream full of news and announcements.

Picking when we’ll get more information on Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is a bit harder.

What do you think? Will we get information on both of these games soon? Let me know in the comment section below.
