Apple TV+ has revealed their first look at their upcoming Godzilla live-action series, set in Legendary’s Monsterverse.
In Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, Kurt Russell and Wyatt Russell will play the same character across different periods. The first in the 1950s, and the second 50 years later when Monarch, the secretive organisation keeping the secrets of the Monsterverse, is threatened.
Monarch: Legacy of Monsters stars Kurt Russell, Wyatt Russell, Anna Sawai, Kiersey Clemons, Ren Watabe, Mari Yamamoto, Anders Holm, Joe Tippett and Elisa Lasowski. The series is co-developed by Chris Black (Severance) and Matt Fraction (Hawkeye). Matt Shakman, Director of Wandavision fam, directs the first two episodes.
