Red Barrels, the developer behind the Outlast games has teased the announcement of a new game on their Twitter over Halloween.

The image shows two hands gripping one another in a very Outlast looking style and the bottom hand has a bracelet with MK-329300 engraved on it.

I’d assume the MK stands for Murkoff Corporation, the company behind the Mount Massive Asylum being opened and used as a lab in the first game and shows up briefly in Outlast 2 as well.

The post does say “Announcement coming soon” though so hopefully you won’t have to wait too long to find out when you’ll be running around with a camcorder in the dark again.
