It was months of speculation about a Persona 5 Switch port that ultimately ended disappointingly when Persona 5 S was revealed as Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers, not Persona 5: Switch Edition.
Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is being developed by Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force studio and being modelled around the Dynasty Warriors gameplay. Although that on its own didn’t super-excited fans at the reveal, the most recent trailer revealed the games’ story will be set after Persona 5 and make this a sequel in similar fan to what Persona 4: Dancing All Night was for Persona 4.
