In celebration of one year since the launch of PlayStation Extra/Deluxe/Premium, PlayStation has announced new games joining the PlayStation Plus catalogue next week, a competition, PS5 streaming (not in AUS, obviously) and more.

A competition to win a PS5 and a PS VR2 will start on June 20th and finish on June 30th. And yes, this is for Aussies.

Another competition shall be for the best Sakcboy racers. From June 24th until June 25th at 11:59 PM, players can win a 3-month PlayStation Plus Premium or Deluxe membership. To enter, look for the challenge card from the Sackboy. Game Hub.

For our U.S. friends and others who can stream PlayStation games on PS Premium, you’ll soon see support for PS5 games, which are currently being tested.

The standout from the eight games announced is Rogue Legacy 2, which will be making its PlayStation debut as a PS Plus release.

Here are all the games joining the PS Plus catalogue next week:

  • Far Cry 6 (PS4/PS5)

  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge | PS4/PS5

  • Rogue Legacy 2 | PS4/PS5

  • Inscryption | PS4/PS5

  • Soulstice | PS5

  • Tacoma | PS4

  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided | PS4

  • Killing Floor 2 | PS4

A game trial for WWE 2K23 (PS4) will also be available on June 20th.

Three new PlayStation Stars campaigns will also let you add three exclusive digital collectable rings based on the ‘Mr. Maclom’s sport debuted alongside the PlayStation Plus/Deluxe/Premium tiers.

A free multiplayer weekend will run from June 24th to June 25th at 11:59 PM, and even if you don’t have PS Plus, you can play online during this time.

A PlayStation voucher code will be going out to redeem avatars, so check your inbox for that in the coming ten days.
