The first Pokemon Presents for 2024 gave us a look at a bunch of updates coming to games in 2024 while also teasing a brand new Pokemon Legends game, but that won’t arrive until 2024. 

Here’s all the news from this morning’s Pokemon Presents – February 2024

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Tera Raid Battles

Venusaur, Blastoise, and Charizard will be appearing in Terra Raid Battle events from today until March 17th. 

  • Mighty Venusaur, February 28th to March 5th. 
  • Mighty Blastoise from 6th-12th March.
  • Mighty Charizard from 13th-17th March.

Pokemon GO x Pokemon Horizons

A ‘Captain Hat Pikachu’ will be appearing throughout this event in Pokemon GO, and you’ll also be able to see the characters Liko and Roy appearing in snapshots, as well as Charcadet, Armarouge and Ceruledge making their debuts in the game.

Pokemon Sleep 

Raiku is coming to the game in March, and Entei and Suicune will arrive later.

Pokemon Masters EX

To celebrate the 4.5-year milestone, which I don’t think is a thing, Geeta and Glimmora will be appearing in the game from today, and then Silver and Tyranitar on March 1st. The game also has a photo creator now.

Pokemon Cafe Remix

Koraidon and Miraidon are joining the game, and you can collect Gimmighoul coins.

Pokemon Unite

Miraidon is available now in Pokemon Unite, with a challenge path to unlock it for free. Falinks is coming to the game in April, and Ceruledge is coming soon.

Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket

A new mobile version of the Pokemon TCG will be available for devices in 2024. The game will let you open two free packets of cards a day, feature ‘Immersive cards,’ which see new artwork that you’ll be able to venture into, and there’s going to be ‘quick battles,’ which feature a re-designed ruleset of the Pokemon TCG for quicker experiences on the go.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A

The big announcement of this showcase was Pokemon Legends: Z-A, which is a new entry in the Legends series following Pokemon Legends: Arceus. This game will take place in Lumiose City, which is from Pokemon X & Y. The trailer teased this game could be in the future, not the past, and feature new Mega Evolutions.
