Konami has announced that the upcoming Silent Hill spin-off, Silent Hill f will be released on September 25 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This take on the Silent Hill series takes place in 1960s Japan, where players will control  Shimizu Hinako, a teenage girl who is “struggling under society’s pressure of expectations.” Her hometown of Ebisugaoka gets hit with a wave of fog fans of the series have come to know and what to expect from it, and from there she will have to do battle with all sorts of beasties and horribile creatures that are emerging as she attempts to uncover the mystery of what’s going on, as well as surviving.
