Early Saturday morning THQ Nordic held their 10th Anniversary Stream. They brought several new game announcements, including a remake of the second Destroy All Humans, a brand new SpongeBob Squarepants, and several dormant franchises’ return.
At the end of the showcase, it was noted that THQ Nordic has 42 games in development, meaning there is still 28 unannounced games left after this showcase. HandyGames, part of THQ Nordic and Embracer Group, also has a tone of games currently in development, and a hype reel of some of them was briefly shown in the pre-show.
Here’s all the news and trailers for this mornings showcase.

After the success of the first Destroy All Humans remake, we now have a remake of the second game on the way. Black Forest Games has stated that this one will contain a two-player split-screen co-op and new features, making it more than just a direct remake originally released for PS2 and Xbox.
There’s a different gameplay trailer for this one, so check it out below.

I had never heard of the Outcast series, but I learned that this sequel was originally announced in 2000! You play Cutter Slade, who the Yods have resurrected to save the planet Adelpha from robots. Appeal Studios is developer this one, who released a remake of Outcast in 2017, which Nacon published, not THQ Nordic.
A separate “World Trailer” was also shown off; check it out below.

This is a new entry in the strategy game series where you control one of the nations of the earth and attempt to rule it better than our real-world leaders are. There hasn’t been a new game in the Super Power franchise for over ten years.
There are some new story details in this ELIX II trailer. We now know the previously announced ELIX II will also release with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions alongside the previously announced PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The Jagged Alliance series returns with its first numbered entry since 2004 and is now in the hands of developer Haeminon Games. The developers’ previous works include Tropico 4, Tropico 5 and Surviving Mars. The gameplay shown in the trailer looks like classic turn-based combat with a group of mercenaries, which the franchise is all about.
Jagged Alliance 3 is coming soon to PC.
SpongeBob and Patrick accidentally open up some portals to other universes, and off they go in this brand new SpongeBob Squarepants game, which is coming off the success of the remake of SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom.
