A brand new trailer for Malignant has been released, and it’s very creepy. 

In an interesting choice, the second trailer for Malignant puts a lot of the focus on director James Wan. The writer/director appears thirty seconds into the trailer to set up his movie by saying:

“I wanted to do something that was a bit different. But yet, hark back to my roots. You gotta take chances; if you don’t, you ended up making the same thing again and again. I think advances are starved for something that is new and different.”

From that moment, the trailer plays out with a terrifying score, creepy and impressive visuals and the sensation that Malignant will be one of the years biggest genre movies.
