One of the most exciting trailers from yesterday’s Summer Game Fest was Slitterhead, the new game from Silent Hill creator, Keiichiro Toyama.

The trailer is a lot to take in with slithery and weird creatures, possession of humans all over a city, and even animal possession. It’sn’t easier to make sense of when you’re watching the trailer, but it’s your best bet to make sense of the game, so check that out below.

Slitterhead will be released on November 8 for PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
