Overnight, the upcoming hybrid music project and video game faux documentary-like project, We Are OFK, got an official release date. It’s coming soon, too, with the first episode dropping in just a couple of weeks.
The first two episodes will release on August 18th together, and then another episode every week after through until September 8th, when everything will wrap up.
We Are OFK has been seen in several showcases and streams over the past year, and its visual style is different enough, but it is the premise that makes this game unique. You’ll play through the band’s origins, making conversation choices, and then participate in their music videos. I have many questions about how the game and episodes will play and transition into one another, but thankfully I don’t have long until I have my answers.
We Are OFK is releasing on August 18th for PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC.
