The Game Awards 2022 is happening this Friday, 9 Dec. Geoff Keighley once again hosts the annual event, will crown several awards, and debut a tone of trailers. Plus, there will surely be some weird promotions, but Geoff has to pay bills, and you’ll need to chill.
The event is on in the middle of the day, which is fantastic if you don’t work — or can take the day off — but I have two jobs, one here and another in retail, and I’ll, unfortunately, be at work while the show is on. I wish for a year it’s on a lovely 6:30 pm.
