If you thought Sherlock was too old in those recent Sherlock Holmes games, you’re right, he was and developer Frogwares must agree because their upcoming Sherlock game is basically an origin story.

Titled, Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One, the game will see a very young and dashing Sherlock who returns to his Medeteriana hometown following the death of his mother. Everything seems normal at first until Sherlock starts to investigate some details surrounding some of the villagers. 

The trailer is rather freaky, showing several teases about what may or may not be happening in Sherlock’s hometown that already has fans theorizing in the comments section.
