JustWatch has revealed the most-streamed movies and TV shows from July 14 to 20.

What have you been indulging in this past week? We’d love to hear about your favourite movies and TV shows you’ve been watching recently. Share your thoughts in the comment section below.

Movies

There are some wild movies in the top ten streaming charts this week. The biggest of which is Alien: Rubicon. Which has to have picked up its number with many thinking it’s a new ‘Alien’ film, maybe even that new exciting Disney+ series they’ve been hearing about. It is, however, an Asylum film and has nothing to do with the Ridley Scott-created IP. The other standout to me this week is Apocalypse in the Tropics, making its way into the top ten. I haven’t had a chance to check the documentary out for myself yet; however, a film about the effects of evangelical Christianity on Brazilian politics would likely be of so much intrigue, but nonetheless, here it is. The rest of the list makes sense, especially with half of it nearly being made up of re-watches for new sequels or reamakes (28 Days Later, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Jurassic World Dominion, Jurassic Park, How to Train Your Dragon).

  1. The Amateur
  2. 28 Days Later
  3. I Know What You Did Last Summer
  4. Children of Men
  5. Jurassic World Dominion
  6. Alien: Rubicon
  7. Heads of State
  8. Jurassic Park
  9. How to Train Your Dragon
  10. Apocalypse in the Tropics

TV Shows

The TV list has fewer shocking inclusions with UNTAMED going straight to the top as the new Netflix series of note in the past week, and the rest of the nine spots being very similar to the past couple of weeks.

  1. UNTAMED
  2. The Institute
  3. The Rookie
  4. Ballard
  5. Too Much
  6. Dept. Q
  7. The Summer I Turned Preety
  8. The Gilded Age
  9. Patience
  10. MobLand
