Dingodile was revealed as a playable character alongside new gameplay for Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time during this mornings State of Play.
The two-time villain Dingodile had hung up his bad-guy shoes to run a dinner after the events of the third game. Unfortunately, that blows up at the start of Crash Bandicoot 4 and Dingodile is whipped up into another dimension.
It wasn’t revealed how many levels will feature Dingodile but what gameplay can be seen in the video below shows off how his new vacuum gun works.
The new gameplay overview also showed off several of the skins you’ll be able to earn for Crash and Coco with in-game currency and the ‘N.Verted.’ These are a spin on the class inverted modes and different for each of the game’s worlds. One speeds up time slightly with an old-timey movie feel, another has you spinning boxes and splattering colour into the world.
Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One October 2nd.
