Diablo V has been announced with a dark teaser trailer
Blizzard has officially announced Diablo V, revealing that the next entry in the series is coming, but it’s still a long way away. But the news came with a kick-ass, dark teaser trailer.
The teaser trailer sets up a much darker starting point for the next game. The Sanctuary has fallen, and Diablo has actually won. In the next game, it seems you won’t be playing to stop Diablo, but to deal with the aftermath and find a way to put things back together in a world left in ruins by his victory.

There’s going to be a long wait before we learn more about this game, with Blizzard currently targeting 2029 for the release of Diablo V.
