Small indie team Wood Cabin Games has announced Letters of War, a 2D narrative adventure based on the real-life family story of one of its team members. It’s inspired by Valiant Hearts: The Great War and is set to be released on PC later in 2025.

In Letter of War, the story follows both Liam and his daughter Rosie. Liam is a British carpenter who volunteers for World War II, leaving his wife and daughter at home. The letters that Liam sends to Rosie become her source of comfort.
