Next-Gen Xbox - Project Scarlet - Arrives Holiday 2020
Xbox last year teased us with their next generation console being mentioned subtly as a thing that exists, but this year at E3 — although not rocking the world — they did announce then we’ll see it.
Project Scarlet will arrive in ‘holiday 2020’ and through a presentation, we learnt some more details about the upcoming next-generation console from Xbox.
In what could be assumed a move to keep in-line with PlayStation who in the past months has been talking slight spec related details about their upcoming console, Xbox chose to release pretty much beat-for-beat the same details.

Phil Spencer on stage also mentioned that the console will be focused on games, which is important given the rough start Xbox One had to the generation,
It was a lot of keywords being thrown around like 8K and 120Hz as well, much as Sony has used with their upcoming hardware. All of these things should be taken with a grain of salt for the time being, however, in my opinion.
Mentioned also was Project Scarlet’s power being four-times that of the Xbox One X, the current holder for power on the market when it comes to consoles.
I’m sure keen to learn more over the coming 12 months as we all begin to save our pennies for the next-generation of consoles.
