For the past couple of years, we’ve been posting ‘Non-E3’ articles with the times for all the showcases, from big teams like Summer Games Fest to the smaller indie ones. But it was called Non-E3 because we assumed E3 would return post-COVID and things would return to normal. But that isn’t going to happen now. Non-E3 is the norm for the June onwards period now. So, what is this period of game shows and news to be called in this world? I’m open to suggestions and ideas. Until then, Non-E3 will continue.
As showcases are announced, We’ll update this article over the next couple of months. We’re yet to have anything official from Nintendo for this period, plus there’s a handful of indie showcases like the team at Kinda Funny, who we expect to see put something together around this time of the year.
You’ll also find links to coverage on the showcases themselves after they air.
Here are all the times and showcases for the Non-E3 period of 2023, which begins on June 1st and ends with Opening Night Live at Gamescom.

Square Enix loves to have pre-release events for Final Fantasy games. Although I wouldn’t expect much mind-blowing news out of this event, a demo could be released.

Xbox Games Showcase Extended [June 14th]
