Just as I was starting to see Twitter freaking out over there being no September Nintendo Direct, it’s been announced for Friday morning.

Nintendo confirmed overnight that we’d be getting 40-minutes of Direct goodness, which will focus on games releasing this Summer. 

As far as what’s been rumoured lately — it’s both Nintendo 64 and Game Boy games coming to Nintendo Switch Online. Plus, there’s a controller that’s been under a confidentiality agreement, which just so happens to end on Friday.
